What do you think when you hear Devi "Durga"?

Durga Devi's first mention is found in Vedas, where she is also dedicated with Durga Suktam along with Devi Atharvashirsh.

Usually people think that Durga is just a form of Devi Parvati, who is seated upon Lion with trident and other weapons.
But there are numerous "forms of Durga" like Ugrachanda, Prachanda, Jayanti, Mangala, Bhadrakali, Kanakdurga, Kaushiki, Mahalakshmi, Katyayani and many more.

The base or root of all these forms is "Mooldurga", who is four handed, three eyed(every Goddess is three eyed) holding Shankha, Chakra, Bow and Arrow in all hands. She is seated above Lion.
